From First Call to Funded
Six steps, and the first one is a conversation where you may be told that selling is the better answer for your situation.
No credit check and no obligation. If borrowing is the wrong answer for your situation, you will be told that first.
01 — The call
You describe what you hold, roughly what it is worth, and what the money is for. Three things get established: whether the purpose is a business one, whether the holding clears the collateral minimum, and whether borrowing is genuinely better than selling for you.
This is where most of the honest work happens. If the answer is that you should sell, that is what you will be told, and it costs you nothing to have found out.
02 — The estimate
Ounces held, against live market prices, at our advance rate. The calculator on this site does the same arithmetic and you are welcome to run it before calling.
Any figure at this stage is indicative. The real number follows verification, because a photograph of a bar is not a verified bar.
03 — Getting the metal to us
Insured shipping, which we walk you through — packaging, carrier, declared value and coverage. Do not improvise this part; it is the step where things go wrong when people rush.
If you are near Fort Lauderdale you can bring it in, which removes the shipping leg entirely.
04 — Verification
The metal is inspected, weighed and verified. Purity is confirmed. What arrived is checked against what was described, and any difference is discussed with you rather than absorbed quietly.
The advance is calculated against verified content at market value. Numismatic premium is not part of a secured advance — a rare coin is worth more to you than it is to a lender.
05 — Funding
Days rather than weeks, once collateral is verified. There is no credit check, because the loan is secured by metal we are holding.
Terms are interest-only monthly, at a single-digit rate, with no origination fees and no prepayment penalty. Get all of that in writing before you sign — with us or with anyone.
06 — Repayment and return
Repay and the same bars and coins come back. Not an equivalent quantity of similar metal: the same items. That distinction matters and not every lender in this space offers it.
Repay early whenever you like. There is no prepayment penalty, so an early repayment simply stops the interest.

FAQ
Common questions
- How long does the whole thing take?
- Days once verified collateral is in hand. Shipping is usually the longest leg. We will give you a realistic timeline rather than an optimistic one.
- Do you check credit?
- No. The loan is secured by the metal, so the metal is what gets inspected.
- Where is my metal held?
- In a fully insured US vault. Our sister company Florida Intervault operates a 9R-rated facility in Fort Lauderdale.
- Can I see the terms before shipping anything?
- Yes, and you should insist on it — here or anywhere else. Nobody should ship metal against a verbal understanding.
- What if I change my mind after the estimate?
- Nothing happens. There is no obligation until you sign, and no fee for having asked.
